"Family of 4 (2 teenagers), we were out most of our stay exploring Tokyo. Thus, we used the hotel just to sleep. Located close to several subway lines, about 5-7 minutes walk to each station. There’s a family-mart across the street for snacks or drinks, and many nearby restaurants. About 30 minutes away from Shinjuku, Shibuya and Tokyo Station. Would stay again. "

"It’s very convenient location, inside of the terminal. There are many restaurants & stores in the same terminal so that you can walk to all of these places. Also, it’s very quiet and safe."

"Very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. We chose a mid size room which was excellent. There's a Family Mart in the building and a number of restaurants nearby. Two train stations are not far away but getting to the hotel to or from the airports is a problem as the only bus service is to/ from Narita and we were told stops at 17.00 hours. We arrived later and after a lot of confusion took the TCAT to the city base and a taxi from there. It was easier and not too pricey to take a taxi to Haneda "

"2nd time in this hotel. Location is very convenient and the train station is right outside the hotel and Ginza a just a short walk away. Airport limousine stops right at the driveway. Very quiet location but not much food outlets in the vicinity, unlike Shinjuku area. "
