"We chose this property based on its location and it exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room; visiting family members commented on the open floor plan. The fenced side yard was a huge plus (it would be even better with a light for nighttime). Overall we were pleased with everything. "

"The location was great for the purpose of this trip being close Cashiers. House was very clean and well maintained. Fully functional kitchen and layout was great for bringing our dog on this trip to visit. Highly recommend the property!"

"A few guys and I were in town working on the storm debris cleanup. We were able to contact Angie, the property owner, and meet with her. We needed to make sure that it met our needs as we would need to rent for two weeks. They showed us the property and it was perfect. With the long rental, they made sure everything was stocked that we needed for the whole time. They found out it was my birthday and dropped off a cookie cake and a balloon. "We stayed at Springdale the weekend after Christmas when visiting family. There was an issue with our room and we were upgraded for free which was a pleasant surprise. The grounds were clean and beautiful. Wendy at the Front was so helpful and very friendly, she really made our stay exceptional! We ate at the restaurant which was also good. Wonderful stay and nice perks in rooms!"
