"Such a beautiful and charming property, very friendly staff. Cozy and delightful. The only detractor was that our mini fridge was not plugged in and we didn't realize it so all the food we had brought got spoiled."

"This property is something i will never comeback or recommend to my friends. First day of arrival the room does not have towels ready, no toiletries aside from tissues. Looks like they did not clean the room as there is 1 towel hanging in the cabinet that smells armpit so disgusting. I have to call them and waited hours for them to bring. We booked for 2 and they gave us only 1. I have to call again next day to bring additional TOWEL. HEY someone already booked the room weeks ago and youre not...

"Not too good, beds not comfortable, pics don't show the street which is very bad. Hot water doesn't work if both showers are running. Under the beds was not clean. Must say host came to bring more towels (one left a lot of l blue lint on my grandchild), I won't choose this place again."

"Hotel was great. Room was clean. The room was a little cold with no abilty to control heating. Hotel is walking distance to subway station, shops, restaurants and theatres. Front desk staff were friendly. Overall, very pleasant stay. "
