"Came all the way from the United States to Milan, and had this stay confirmed by VRBO. I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." I was then stuck in Milan without a place to stay. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"Lovely and clean property! Good bedroom and bathroom facilities with a nice view from the bedroom balcony. Only a 28 minute walk from the centre or 5 minutes on the metro. Some nice bars and restaurants around the apartment. Only negative is that it is not made clear that you will be sharing the house with the owner and their dog. However this did not affect us and was not disruptive in any way the dog is very cute :) "

"This was a great apartment and the location for transportation was perfect. Within a minutes walk you could get a tram to anywhere in the city. The place was quiet, clean and tidy, All the dishes, pots and pans, cutlery and appliances made it easy to prepare a meal. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby.
