"We loved our stay at Palazzo Viridis. A great location. Gorgeous room with wonderful climate control and a fabulous bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. "Haven’t had a physical key to a hotel room in decades. The king bed halves weren’t connected so the separated with every move. Limited control of room temperature meant we had to open the window. "
