"My first time in a digitalised/hybrid aparthotel. Its neat and very nice but i wish curtain control and ac works. It was hot in my room and has to open the patio doors. It helped cool off the night but a bit noisy from the traffic, and mosquitos come in. Overall, ill stay here again as long they fix the thermostat and shutter control."

"Awesome, easy, great accommodations near Centrale station. This had everything we needed for our family. One room had a king bed the other two twins— which was perfect for the kids. It was clean and quiet and very easy to find and access. We loved the natural light and bug windows. "

"Location! The location is easily walkable to the Galeria and the Duomo. The hotel room was nice and loved the complimentary wine and snacks. Loved that you could access your netflix account. Customer service was great at the front desk. The worst part of the room was the view from our window. Absolutely horrible. We actually decided to stay in Milan for two more nights but not willing to pay that much for that view. Changed hotels. "

"It was a good experience and very clean and modern stay . All of the staff were amazing and friendly including the front desk and bell man and other staff .
