Nothing stated Ammobilia suites on the front of building and access needed a key. After a few calls from our cell phone, we asked a tenant in building for assistance. He called and spoke to a person who quickly arrived on the premises. Afterward, everything was smooth."

Customer service was great at the front desk. The worst part of the room was the view from our window. Absolutely horrible. We actually decided to stay in Milan for two more nights but not willing to pay that much for that view. Changed hotels. "
