"We loved the general layout and spaciousness of this place. Nice kitchen and heated pool - some of the bedrooms were really lovely - 1 was small and not suitable for an adult. However, the space had some type of dead animal smell that permeated the space for the 3 days and nights, to the point where people had to double up for the final night. "We were there for the first week in December for a wedding. This property is in walking distance to the majority of things we wanted to do (12 minutes walking slowly.) Just a few notes. For little children and elderly. There is a big bedroom on first floor because the staircases are a bit tricky. They are old and I think people had smaller feet in the past, LOL. "My team and I stayed here while attending a conference for the week. The venu is more stunning than the pictures do it justice. It was immaculately clean, with stunning decor and just a great overall vibe. The hosts were always prompt with responses and quick to help with anything we needed. We attend this conference every year and this will definitely be #1 on my list of places to stay. 10/10 recommend! "

"Sadat Spencer has a great home near the garden district for your New Orleans vacation. The house was spacious enough for our 9 party group. Everyone had their own space/room and there were plenty of bathrooms for everybody. The outside gate is a nice piece of added security since the neighborhood is still up and coming.
