"Stayed here for Mardi Gras 2025 and had a total of 9 guests. Lots of space for everyone. The location was pretty decent, although a walk/short drive to most restaurants. About a 10 minute drive to Bourbon St.The street parking near the unit isn't marked great, so we parked directly across from unit and didn't have an issue.The unit has lots of stairs, so may be tough for anyone with trouble getting up steps. "We were 6 guys staying at the property. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. There was a very nice sitting area to enjoy our morning coffee with a TV to catch March Madness. The pool/hot tub area was also a nice area to relax in the morning recapping the night. The area can be a bit noisy at night with some other residence of the neighborhood walking around.
