"We loved our stay at the Mitsis Laguna. The facilities are great and the food and drink options are fantastic. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. There was only one negative point which is that the hotel let people book the a la carte restaurants before they arrive (if you book direct), meaning that when we arrived, all of the restaurants were fully booked for dinner for our entire stay! I don't think this should be allowed as the hotel is making a poor first impression for guests...
