"I like how close this property was to the flagstaff inn bowls which was where our function was. Parking was a bit of a issue as we had problems with the ticket machine and we had to walk a bit with our bags."

"Late booking due to other choice letting us down on New Year Eve. Location plus but apartment could do with a good clean and paint job. No toilet tissue on arrival, thank goodness for tissues, finally got some the next day. Close to Southern Cross and Flinders St stations, tram stop right outside entry."

"Positives- Comfy bed, great location, great gym, wonderful lounge and umbrellas. The service of our agent meeting us was exceptional, Sedrick was so lovely and was very helpful. Negatives- $7 per hour street parking for 2nd car, not really a 3 bedroom (a curtain doesnt count as a room) No salt and pepper, no sheets for the cot (I was delivered some in lightning speed) , no spare towels for the pool and a very dirty exhaust fan."

"The apartment was in a nice setting on the Yarra. It is also in a nice apartment building, conveniently located. The apartment itself is poorly set up and does not deserve the luxury tag. The apartment was dirty and the carpets were stained. Also the amenities were poor. For example there were minimal amounts of crockery and cutlery and they were of extremely poor quality. During our stay we were unable to access the wifi at all. The owner tried to assist but ultimately did not resolve the...
