"In a position on the edge of the vibrant China town area very convenient for the free city centre tram network and adjacent to many great dining options. A lovely small apartment hotel with friendly personal service. The rooms are well thought out with a kitchen and dining area and everything you need to self cater if you wish. Great value compared with larger hotels in the crowded central tourist areas. Everything is accessible for tourists on foot or using the trams."

The sofa was broken upon arrival which took two days to repair, multiple emails back and forth and two visits from a repairer eating time into our trip that we shouldn’t have spent to manage the issue. I understand these things happen - but I feel as though the organisation should have management plans in place for these matters that...
