Reception staff were friendly and processed check-in and che k-out quickly and pleasantly. A bottle of wine was in our room upon arrival, a part of our gold reward. Evening staff checked out the noises in the Junior Suite emanating from other rooms (think it was airconditioning it was very noisy making sleep difficult) They suggested we speak with day staff and have maintenance...

"This is an interesting hotel and I enjoyed my stay there. It had an excellent kitchen and was very well lit. However, the light switches weren't near the bed. In order to plug in my computer, I had to move a table and chairs. The jazz club in the basement: Bird's Basement made up for any other issues."
