The location is close to many good Melbourne Beach restaurants and attractions and a short drive from Melbourne (we prefer Melbourne Beach, quieter and less congested). "The photos are accurate and the location was wonderful. The condo is an older building, and when we arrived the elevator was out for the first 4 days of our stay, but it wasn’t a big deal as the apartment itself is only up one flight of stairs. We have rented many other condos previously but I’ve never encountered one with such a well-equipped and beautiful kitchen! We also really appreciated having some kitchen essentials such as salt and pepper, trash bags, and dishwasher pods well-stocked....
