Beautiful 2-story modern home on 75 feet of pristine beachfront. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, boasting master suite with en-suite bathroom and access to second story oceanfront patio makes this home the ideal place to relax and unwind. one king, two queen beds, two futons, one sleeper sofa. Family reunions, business travelers, friends traveling together are all Welcome. Take advantage of this beachfront location to enjoy surfing, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and miles of beach combing walks. All spacious bedrooms are upstairs master offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. On the first floor you'll find a living and dining area with a full wall of sliding doors inviting you to take in the beach view and convenient private beach walk over to your own secluded beach. A fully accessorized kitchen with solid surface counters and stainless steel appliances is available for entertaining and romantic dinners. On the ground floor access with and adjacent patio. The spacious terrace off the living and dining area allow for grilling and beachfront dining.

Wonderful Beach Vacation
The house and pool house was perfect for our family. The home was very clean and well stocked. We loved the dock and easy access to the beach. The weather was wonderful for our trip and we were able to hang out and enjoy the ocean and the pool. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect vacation house!
A perfect vacation. Tim was excellent at communication and last minute changes. The place was clean and wonderful. The beach was perfect, almost felt like your own private area. The house comes with everything you need for a beach vacation. I highly recommend this location.

Perfect family vacation spot
Our best family vacation EVER! Pictures of this property do not do it justice. Quiet location, which was exactly what we wanted. House is Immaculate, open and casual … felt like home. Sunrise is amazing. We spent full days enjoying both pool and beach. Absolutely wonderful … cannot wait to go back!

What a wonderful place to rest, relax and get some sun! The house is exactly as described. The view is amazing - home was well stocked and comfy beds, what more is needed. Tim was great and very helpful!! Will definitely return again!!

Quiet, restful, beachside
We enjoyed a wonderful stay! The house is perfect for a group and has the most gorgeous views of the ocean. We had a family of three (2 adults and an 8 month old) stay in the pool house. Everyone had their own space. Lots of outside furniture to use around the pool and on the beach. We loved eating outside at the several outside tables. The house feels very private with only neighbors on the beach. Tim was a great host!

What an amazing time we had! The private pool and hot tub were amazing. The private beach was special and so gorgeous. The house accommodated our family and extended family well. The house was beautiful. Tim Was quick to respond and helpful. It’s 20 min either direction to nice restaurants if desired but has everything you need in the kitchen to make meals as well. (We did this a lot) There are extra sheets for footons and a few extra blankets as well. We wished we had some additional blankets as well since we used all beds possible. Make sure you know ahead of time incase you miss it in the description like I did that the Pool House with extra bed and bathroom is an extra $200 a night. Heating the pool and hot tub are also an additional charge. Overall we had an incredible time and loved staying here and highly recommend

Nice Beach Home
Tim was very kind and easy to communicate with. The house was nice and we loved being on the beach. If you plan to spend most of your time at the house the location is great. It is a ways to drive to get to almost anything. The beds and pillows were okay, but not great. Our main issue was the house was not cleaned well. There were fingerprints and smudge marks all over the tv and the floor was dirty. We found many finger/toenail clippings all over the floor which told us they had not cleaned it. With better cleaning it would be 5 stars.

Perfect Family Vacation Home
The house has beautiful views right out the front slider. The pool was very nice and enjoyed by the whole family. The deck was a great place to hang out in the evening watching a huge turtle crawl up the beach for nesting. We also were able to see so many stars in the sky while enjoying the sounds and breeze from the ocean. The house has many sitting areas making conversations enjoyable amongst different groups in the family at the same time. The kitchen was the quintessential family gathering place with the center island with the cooktop making it easy for multiple people to share in meal preparation. The kitchen was also fully equipped with all the pots, pans and utensils you will need. It was also well stocked more than any other rental I have stayed in, with hand soap, dish soap, bath towels, beach towels, boogie boards, pool floats and mosquito repellant. Tim was very responsive when contacted. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Seaside Sanctuary
Seaside Villa was the perfect place to connect and spend quality time with family and friends. The house had everything we needed to cook, swim, play and relax, and we particularly enjoyed watching the sea turtles nest and play.

Very nice. The pictures of the property don’t do it justice. Much larger and nice than I had expect.
We had a great time. Beach was great, pool was perfect for the kids. The fishing was great, we caught numerous bluefish right off the beach.

Great beach house
This house was plenty spacious for our party of 12, raging from ages 2-75. They even have a baby gate to block of the stairs. Tim was great to deal with and solved any issues we had immediately. It was great having our own private beach for a few days. We even got to see a baby turtle make it’s way to the water and unexpectedly swam with stingrays!

Melbourne Beach Family Vacation
We loved the city of Melbourne, a quaint and fun beach community. The house was wonderful, open and airy, clean, with all of the amenities we were looking for. We loved that the house was located in a non-commercial area, the beach was not crowded, only those who were living near by. The fact that the house had a pool was perfect for our young children as well as the ocean. The house had enough room for all of us, 65 aged down to 6 years. It was a super experience for all of us. The bedding was very comfortable with enough pillows/blankets, etc. We were looking for a house on the beach where we could to see the ocean from within and around the house. Spectacular!!

Home was as advertised with a private pool and an amazing and clean beach. Very clean property with plenty of space for all to sleep. Tim was a gracious and avialable host and owner. Bring your own food however as the there are no nearby restaurants to go to. Completely enjoyed our stay and loved waching the turtles

This property can be summed up in one word: SPECTACULAR!! The home is beyond beautiful, inside and out. The owners have excellent taste in decor and the home was incredibly clean and gorgeous. The beach access was perfect, and the pool was a huge highlight for the kids. Would highly recommend this property!!!
