"We stayed in the walled garden cottage. It was lovely inside and very clean. The facilities were good although we couldn’t operate the oven and thought an idiot’s guide may be useful. We visited the pub on one evening but because we were only having a drink we weren’t allowed to sit at a table. This meant we had to sit at the bar on tall seats for a good period of time as we’d ordered a bottle of wine. I could have understood if the place was full of people eating but it was half past 5 and...

"Wow! An amazing stay!! The staff and owners were superb, always attentive, friendly and very helpful going to great lengths to make sure the stay was above standard.. Our dog, Hector, has never been pampered as much as he was here! The food was absolutely top class (especially the Korean Sticky Wings) .. The room was huge, clean and well stocked. Couldn't really ask for more. we WILL be back!!"

"Room was lovely and the bathroom was big. Food in restaurant very good as was the service. Staff behind bar very efficient and friendly a great team! Only downside would be could be a bit noisy at night with the music from the bar if you had a room at the front of the hotel but all in all we had a great stay would definitely book again"

"We recently enjoyed a delightful weekend getaway at Chapelton Cottage. The cottage itself is charming and impeccably clean. It has everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a cozy fireplace, a comfortable bed, a fully-equipped kitchen and many other extras.
