Only slight negatives…there was only one set of towels for a twin room (fatherland teenage son booked), kitchen had limited food options due to kitchen issues (thankfully plenty of places to eat in the immediate vicinity. Just one more little point…at check out, was not asked if everything was ok. "

"Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely ensuite bathroom. Location is brilliant - about a 20 metre walk and you’re on the Old Course!! Parking was easy and free nearby. Be aware that, quite typically of St Andrew’s, there is no lift so make sure you’re up to climbing stairs and also getting your luggage up and down yourself! Staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent. Definitely recommend!!"

"Our stay was exceptional. From check the staff were amazing. Friendly helpful couldn't do enough for you. Room was beautiful. Very clean with everything you would need for a stay. Had a meal in the restaurant witch was again above expectation. Again the staff were excellent. Overall can't fault our stay. Definitely 5 stars. Definitely be back and would highly recommend "

"Stayed here to go an ice hockey game. First time in Fife and staying in the Elbow Room. Amazing location for the Ice Hockey and lovely friendly staff. Room was clean and had no issues. Breakfast available 24 hours which was great. Will definitely stay again as place was full of character. "

"More like a B&B than a hotel which was very nice. Room was a good size and clean. Great water pressure in the shower unlike some of the other hotels that we stayed. Staff was very friendly. "I have to admit this has been my best choice of hotels I have booked in Pitlochly, such a quaint intimate hotel with superb staff who couldn't do enough for you.
