"Buckhood cottage had everything needed, clean and functional. The kitchen was a good size with the best view to look at while washing up. Beds were comfy and slept very well. Only issue was the shower, very low pressure and runs scorching hot and freezin cold. Overall a very good stay. Xxx"

"Jamie was there to greet us and he was fantastic he made us feel so welcome.He showed us round and how things worked explained how the hot tub worked. House was stunning the veiws were stunning very peaceful. Jamie kept in touch and was most helpful "

"Working over Christmas we booked this break to get away from all the madness. Just us and the dog. Thimblewynd was just perfect and we loved it. Peaceful and comfy throughout we chilled out in front of thr log burner or in the hot tub, the tv wasn't on once! We eat at the Kirkstyle Inn which was lovely but made ourselves breakfast and snacks in the well equipped kitchen. There was not a single thing we could fault and we loved every minute. Thanks to Maggie for hosting us. "

"This was such a special place. The hosts were so thoughtful and kind. We enjoyed this large beautiful space and treasured our hot tub moments listening to the wildlife at night. The location was perfect for our explorations across the middle if Scotland. "

"My sister and I really enjoyed our stay in Kirkmichael. Hannah and Miles were perfect hosts, and the cottage was very clean/cozy and in a very convenient location. We were able to do many day trips to surrounding areas. Great location if you want to visit Pitlochry, Blair Athol, Braemar, and/or other areas within Perthshire. Wonderful hiking trails from the town that vary in length/time that range in difficulty from easy to strenuous. We also highly recommend The Cabin for a meal or two...

"Had a lovely weekend staying at Birnie Cottage. Aileen was great at giving information prior to our arrival and gave us a lovely welcome with scones, butter and jam. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The garden is beautiful and we were lucky enough to be able to sit out 2 evenings enjoying the sun and the garden. "Right from the initial booking where I had excellent communication from Gillian, the owner, I knew this was going to be a great stay and it did not disappoint. The cottage is on a quiet estate, very easy to get to and the instructions were spot on. The cottage itself was immaculate. Everything you could want is provided (nice little welcome basket and milk in the fridge). Very spacious, very comfortable beds.
