"Great view of the surrounding area when on the upper floors. Though the neighborhood was loud at night, the room was well insulated from noise. Nice evening drink service at our room. Very helpful front desk. The toilet did keep backing up, and once the shower backed up a bit too, though it was quickly fixed each time. Comfortable beds. Wonderful breakfast. "

Their uniforms were very professional, the restaurant's food was excellent, and the staff was very nice. We enjoy the Poblado area of Medellin. It is an upscale area to stay."
