"The hotel is centrally located. The staff go above and beyond to take care of you. I had to use the ATM one evening and one of the staff members (darn, I forget his name but he’s an evening bell hop) walked me to the nearest ATM. When that one wasn’t working, he took me to another. Additionally, the rooftop pool is a must. Great vibes and awesome drinks from Santiago. Ask for him next time you’re at the Charlee rooftop. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in town. "

"For us this was a great location in a safe walkable neighborhood. Hotel was very nice business type hotel and showed its age in design (thinking 80's). Was out of the hustle of the El Pablado party zone, but an easy $2 Uber/taxi ride to get there. We stayed in one of the suites with the huge balcony. Suite was large and very comfortable. Staff was always rapid and efficient. Would stay here again for sure."
