"Great view of the surrounding area when on the upper floors. Though the neighborhood was loud at night, the room was well insulated from noise. Nice evening drink service at our room. Very helpful front desk. The toilet did keep backing up, and once the shower backed up a bit too, though it was quickly fixed each time. Comfortable beds. Wonderful breakfast. "

"I like the property and the proximity to restaurants and activities in Laureles. The only complaint I have is the WiFi dropped signal frequently which was frustrating considering I had to complete schoolwork while at the hotel. I had a double bedroom however I would rather have preferred a suite. I recommend booking a reservation well in advance for the suite.
