"This property was amazing! It’s a hidden gem. The little things they do are top notch. They had 2 duvets on the bed so each had your own. They had face clothes. The room was totally decorated and spotless. The cleaned daily. The had homemade cookies at the reception desk that were so good. We dropped out bags early and they moved our bags to our room. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have had and I had to check my partners suitcase before leaving for pillows as she enjoyed them that much. We didn't eat there. Location was perfect, train station was next to hotel, 5 minute walk and you on museum island. We will be staying again"
