"Overall was fairly impressed with this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the hotel was perfect, nice and quiet for sleeping etc… but not far at all from most major attractions, with some great dining options and supermarkets nearby as well as links to public transport. The room itself was very spacious; comprising of a small kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. However, the room was not cleaned the entire three nights we stayed (a policy apparently)...

"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "
