"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"The Adina Hotel in Mitte was a really great choice for our family. We had one of the two bedroom suites that includes a kitchenette. I'd say that the room was a little bit worn out and could use some updates. Also, the room could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived. But, overall it was a terrific location and the staff is outstanding! I've hardly seen such helpful staff at the front desk. They were so nice and accommodating and welcoming. Additionally, the location is good. It's far enough...
