"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"Hotel is in a good location with plenty of transport options to other parts of the city, very easy to get from the airport. Hotel is clean and well maintained with excellent dining options (albeit quite expensive) Rooms are fairly large and have all the amenities that you would expect, very clean and modern. Throughout my stay I had two ongoing issues, the room was so warm that the window required to be open, the issue here is that there are trains that run all through the night so sleeping...

"I dropped off my bags early before checking.They stored it. Great location. Easy access into the vity via tram or U/S bahn. 6 mins wslk from shopping mall. RTger noisy as its opposite a rock climbing centre an lots of people talking loud in street at all hours"
