"Really family friendly. Kids loved it. Waterpark and choice of pools was great. 10yr old absolutely loved kids club and the team there. Evening shows were really great. All restaurants are buffet style, no al a carte ones if you prefer that style. There is an olympic sized pool which meant there where lots of swim clubs there for half term swim camp which meant there was lots of groups of older kids around. They were no bother and well behaved but not something had experienced in other hotels....

Often difficult to get spots at the pool as well. We almost decided to go next door to the Nana Princess instead. Food was pretty good. However, it is almost split in half in terms of renovation / comfort - both for the rooms and communal areas. Overall comfortable and nice, but could be better for the price point. The half board buffet was a little disappointing in terms of range / quality, but the restaurant staff were very kind. Would go back, but probably wouldn’t take the half board option next time. "
