"Arrived late but staff was great, I was even asked what floor I would like to stay on. We had a little hiccup at breakfast with the waffle batter but other then that, it was good. Dee was a great pleasure to speak with as well and a great help, seeing we went to breakfast near clean up."

We called the hotel to ask a question before arriving and it took 4 calls to get someone to answer - once on hold for over 6 minutes. "We are local, and had family in from out of state, so we booked a room as well. We had no idea the location was so close to our venue and shopping was available right acroos the parking lot! Although we did not take advantage of the shopping, as we already shop at Fallen Timbers, our family did and they were happy l!!"
