"The hotel was clean, quiet, and modern. Not fancy, but convenient and comfortable. Easy access to the interstate and major roads. Lots of good restaurants in the area! Safe and clean neighborhood. The only thing not great was that the breakfast was pretty thin. Waffles, cereal, yogurt, and bread for toast. Ok, but not much variety. All in all, it was a great place and I would stay there again."

"We are local, and had family in from out of state, so we booked a room as well. We had no idea the location was so close to our venue and shopping was available right acroos the parking lot! Although we did not take advantage of the shopping, as we already shop at Fallen Timbers, our family did and they were happy l!!"

"It was a perfectly good low-cost hotel room. They had a coffee service which I hadn’t expected. They have soap and shampoo. It’s a little bleak, but not too bad. Nice view of the Ohio Turnpike. Direct driveway to the hotel was really bumpy, Best to go through the parking lot of the mall to access the facility."

We called the hotel to ask a question before arriving and it took 4 calls to get someone to answer - once on hold for over 6 minutes. When we arrived there was no one at the desk and an employee sitting in the couch said she didn’t know where she was. When we got ready for bed and pulled out the sleeper sofa it was very dirty and filled...
