Booked the hotel to swim and the pool was closed both days. What a waste of money. Staff was not so great when they could be found after searching for them. They need to do better especially for a hotel that charges a $250 deposit.

The front desk didn’t activate the key card for the entire stay. It took three days of having to go to the lobby to get a new card before the desk employee did it correctly. I booked 4 rooms due to my mother’s funeral and 3 of the 4 rooms had the same issue. The room on the 3rd floor’s door would not shut all the way unless you physically lifted it into place. My husband and I had an allergic reaction to something in our room. Coughed all night, but were fine when we left the room. Of all 4 rooms, only 1 had a hair dryer. On Expedia, we checked the box for a pet and halfway into our stay, received a call that it was reported to them by staff that we had a dog and had to pay even more for our room. Even after I went to the desk to sign the paper for the pet stay, they called again acting like I didn’t comply. I didn’t need all this difficulty in my state of mind losing my mom.
