"The best experience I have ever had in my entire life. This place is on another level. Beautiful, romantic and very layed back. "This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. After booking over a month ago, we showed up to be told we had been double booked by hotels.com and there was no availability. Self check-in, after hours, was easy, and we found the lovely grounds and pool to be an oasis. We made our own simple dinner and had everything we needed to prepare it. "We had the most amazing time at Casa de la Loma. We arrived and Ana and Freddy were there to greet us and when we walked into the home just as the sun was setting it literally took our breath away.
