"The best experience I have ever had in my entire life. This place is on another level. Beautiful, romantic and very layed back. "This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. After booking over a month ago, we showed up to be told we had been double booked by hotels.com and there was no availability. We had driven over two hours from Liberia with our four young kids. The owner kept saying it was not his fault and he had no way to e-mail or call. "Really enjoyed the space for all 11 of us (ages6-45) It was perfect to have the extra casita for the kids and the pool was perfect! We loved how close we were to playa carillo and the little hotel next door was great - service, food, friendliness- all excellent! We booked shuttles through Samara rentals and it was a breeze.
