"My stay at Le Phenix was a lovely experience from start to finish. The staff were outstanding in their courtesy and efficiency. They were able to keep my luggage for me since I arrived to Lyon before check in time, and when I came back to check in, they had already taken my things to the room for me! The hotel is very beautifully decorated and my room was so cutely laid out. It was a restful stay indeed. "
