"I enjoyed everything about Viana Hotel & Spa, and if i have to refer anyone that going to hemsteap for a few that will be the first place in mind, David the security guard was so friendly, the front staff very knowledgeable and helpful, the bar, drinks are a big 10, the breakfast buffet was very good and lots of choices, i didnt try the restaurant for dinner but from what i heard its sound very good as well, the room was very clean and anything that i couldve ask for was already there, my kids enjoy the pool and me the jacuzzi and Saunas, everything went above my expectations, Great Staff overall, Keep it up Viana, and i hope to visit again in a near future."

"Very clean well managed. The manager, I don't know his name, but he is a Jamaican man - he is amazing!!! His presence is known but not overbearing. He helped us get to the airport when the shuttle left us behind. We are so grateful for his help. Thank you!"
