"Awesome staff"

"What started out a little rocky at check-in turned into an amazing short stay. My room was not ready upon arrival, so I was treated to Easter Tea while I waited. Staff was very attentive and sweet. After my room was ready, I again received a special lift ride in one of the first of its kind to Europe. The rooms are beautifully appointed. The hotel is a work of art itself. I had a spa appointment, also, that was phenomenal. The Türk Hamami and massage were out of this world, especially after more than 24 hours of travel. "

"Beautiful property centrally located with amazing views of the bosphoros. The staff is friendly and super helpful. The gym if terrific with lots of equipment. I would stay there again, for sure. "

"Sadly my only criticism is we were placed in a smoking apartment and we are very allergic. We had a really tough nights. All the rest as usual perfect. "
