"Stayed for our anniversary, got the room with jacuzzi and fireplace. Bed was really small. Had problems with not enough hot water several times when we tried to use the jacuzzi. Convenient location "

"This was our first time and we had a blast at the indoor pool area with our toddler. It was perfect for our impromptu trip to PF and gatlinburg. We did build a buddy and had fun doing the activitiesthe resort offered the kids! We will be back in the summer! The location is perfect for "backroads" to not have to fight the parkway. The service was top notch. EVERYONE was so nice! We loved our stay here! "
