"Great stay and great property! Easy access to unit and walkable access to lots of options for breakfast/lunch/dinner, the co-op for groceries, art and shops. The one bedroom room door near the laundry squeaks (may need some WD-40) but only a very minor thing we noticed and it was not bothersome at all during our stay! Would definitely stay again. "

The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms and bathrooms beautiful. It has a beautiful deck that wraps around 2 sides with nice furniture outside. The location was fantastic. Walking instance to many great restaurants, breweries and coffee stops."

"Lovely place in downtown Asheville! Very near to great nightlife, including a fun bar right downstairs. Very clean and nice with easy access. Parking can be a challenge on the streets at time but paid parking readily availble, plus free parking on the street from 7:00pm thru 7:30am. Would certainly recommend for a fun weekend getaway!"

"Overall it was a nice, small place. I would HIGHLY recommend you bring your own king size sheets - unless you like polyester sheets. And bring your pillow, they were absolutely horrible - like somone stuffed old socks and sweaters into a pillowcase. Also, the windows need repair, they are very heavy and do not stay open on their own. You can prop them open, but watch out for your fingers! The floors are VERY warped, but whatever, it's an old building. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean and...

"From beginning to end, our experience with this condo rental was amazing. The unit was stocked with everything we could've ever needed (pots/pans, toiletries, great views, etc). It was also incredibly clean. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had and the location of the unit was great. Extremely easy access to Hatley Pointe and to hiking trails. Truthfully, we could not have asked for a better experience. We plan on hopefully renting this exact property again! "

"This property is very clean and located centrally (walking distance) to all of the main broadway street. We had the unfortunate luck of staying here during hurricane Helene! The city was without power and water as well as all roads closed for a few days in and out of Asheville. Our host checked on us daily and shared food and water. He was very gracious and thoughtful! We will return to Asheville and hopefully this property in the future but will heed weather forecasts prior!!"
