Two comfortable king beds and two full baths, an outside sitting area, parking right outside the door, a grocery store across the street and the location was convenient to anywhere we wanted to go. Communication with the property manager was easy and closing instructions helpful. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The apartment was lovely with lots of nice finishes. The view was fantastic and the location was perfect. It was nice being able to ditch the car and just wander around. We didn't end up cooking but the kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we would have needed had we actually cooked. We would definitely stay here again if we come back. "

"Awesome location. Beds were comfortable and showers were awesome. The doors need to be adjusted. The master bathroom door hinges were very loose which made the door hard to close. Other than that it was awesome. "

"The Urban Nest provided myself, my father and my brother with a great hub to explore Downtown Asheville. I slept on the pullout couch with the air mattress while my brother took the smaller bedroom and my father the larger bedroom. We all slept very well. I did hear the Music Hall downstairs from the living room but it did not bother me as they closed around 11:30pm. Lynne was great at communicating with me and I’m so glad I got to meet her in person. She provided us with hugs of water to drink...
