"We stayed two days before our cruise, it was a clean and safe hotel. It was across from the “Docks” which was wonderful to have so close - the (large) mall and museum was within walking distance as well as the cathedral. My only complaint would be the food and wait staff in the restaurant - he was fairly inattentive and we waited a long time to pay our cheque, we had to walk to the counter after some time to pay and the chicken club sandwich was cold and felt prepared in advance. "What an amazing experience! The hotel is gorgeous and in an ideal location for walking and exploring old town. Our room was lovely and perfectly equipped. Our balcony and its view was a showstopper! I could not have enjoyed it more. The service at the hotel was outstanding - from the personal greetings to the extreme helpfulness. "The place was nice. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. We had an issue without shower drain being clogged. They were helpful and a maintenance worker came quickly but was unable to resolve it. No efforts were made to provide compensation for the inconvenience."

"We had an amazing view of the port from our room. It was a decent walk to the dining and shopping area. Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. Only one little complaint was the water during our shower was a bit inconsistent-extremely hot back to normal. Overall ,we had a great stay. "
