"Perfect hotel for exploring Marseille, great views over the harbour from a port view room was worth the extra money. Modern hotel with great gym and pool area. Pool was a lovely extra in a city hotel, giving a place to relax after a long day sight seeing. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Bar area was a little stale and empty, with the bar staff being also a little awkward and abrupt. "

"The view from breakfast is worth staying here. It is only a short walk down to the water and all of the charming restaurants. My mom and I stayed here and she loved it as well especially because she could smoke everywhere ha ha ha."

"This hotel is so perfectly located in the Vieux Port right on the main road with nothing to obstruct your beautiful view in a sea view room. It’s on the quieter side of the u-shaped port; lots of restaurants all around the u but the noisier, late night bars are across the way on the opposite side of the u. You can even see the Notre Dame de la Garde church from the sea view room. The junior suite is quite spacious with a large sitting area and a huge bathroom with a separate toilet area, double sinks, a massive soaker tub, a separate shower stall, and a heated towel rack. The decor is bright and sort of mid century modern. The staff is fantastic as well. We would not hesitate to choose this hotel again."

"Great Mercure hotel, room was large enough for our 3 night stay. Staff super friendly and helpful. You can walk to all the restaurants at the port and Galleries Layfette and shopping centre attached to hotel. Would definitely stay there again. "
