"The gem of this hotel is the staff. Service was exceptional in all areas. We had a few issues with the room. The safe did not work and water was cold but these were immediately rectified. "The VIP Access allowed me free self-parking as well as an upgrade from Junior Penthouse to Penthouse which was a lovely bonus. The place was easy to find and park. There was no need to drive anywhere for dining as there were plenty of options all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The penthouse itself was a magnificent space which we thoroughly enjoyed staying in.
