"We enjoyed our three weeks at this property. The attached garage was very nice with lots of storage. Surrounding neighbors are friendly. The apartment was spacious, well laid out and set up nicely. Ryan was very responsive when we had an issue and communicated well. It is good to be aware that this area often gets only one or two bars on the cell phone. Lighting and light switches are a little weird but we got used to it. We would stay here again. "

"The apartment was clean and well thought out. Lots of room especially in the master bedroom. I loved the stove hood because it was correct - vented OUTSIDE. Newer appointments in all of the rooms including the kitchen and bathrooms. Tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable and including the pull out in the living room probably more comfortable for 6 people max. Good location if you're going to be in Chandler & Gilbert. Quiet neighboorhood. Security with the electronic doorlatch was great....

"We were pleasantly surprised with the updated interior of the unit. It was clean, well appointed, and appeared to be recently renovated. The one problem was the outside stairs going up to the unit. There was no railing to hold onto (which makes it treacherous for seniors and carrying luggage up and down), and the stairs were in disrepair, there were stains on the walls that looked as if a dog had urinated next to the upper landing area…a bad first impression and completely out of character for...

"Really enjoyed the neighborhood. Didn’t use the pool but everything laid out very nice. Had a very well stocked kitchen. Beds were cozy. I recommend checking in when it light outside a little difficult to see the unit number. Great stay."
