"Very nice over-all. Decent free breakfast. Didn't use their free dinners and free alcoholic drink, pool, etc. There was a slight glitch in their check in process. I paid in full on hotels.com. It said on the screen that it was paid in advance, but to collect it at the front desk also. But once we proceeded further, it said it was pre-paid and not to collect anything. The front doors close at 10:00pm and said to either use your room card or call the frint desk with the provided phone. I couldn't find the card reader so I called the desk, but no one was there for a long time. I finally figured out where the card reader was. The clerk finally showed up at the front desk and agreed that a suggestion would be made to put a small label on top of the card reader. Other than that, it was great!!"

"This is a lovely location. I love The Hyatt Place and each location that I have stayed. However, this time around not so much. I booked through a third party merchant only to find that the property manager may not approve a refund on an early check out. This property was paid in full when I booked almost two months ago. Things change and the level of flexibility should be offered to every customer that has an extensive situation. It’s unfortunate that this experience has dampened my relationship with The Hyatt Place. My only advice…is if you use a third party merchant, please make sure you book the dates that you truly need or else you will pay for a room that you’re not staying in. Be careful. "
