The curtain was not completely attached at the top, had to rehang part of it to get it to close properly. There were roaches in the bathroom, there was an odd odor, and the pull-out bed had only a bottom sheet with no other linens or blankets. When alerted to the issue they sent a security person over with a blanket, but they could not find any sheets.
