"Mark’s 1 bedroom ground floor condo is in an excellent location off Chandler with easy access to all amenities. The gated community is very nicely kept and the heated pool and jacuzzi are a wonderful addition to any day whether out and about or just enjoying a lazy day. Mark has equipped the unit well with everything needed. He was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any inquiry. Lovely patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. Would definitely use again. "

"Right down the street from the Cubs spring training facility at Sloan Park. Really easy to get to Scottsdale, Tempe and Phoenix from this location as well. Enjoyed relaxing in the living space between the two bedrooms."

"We so enjoyed our stay! The outdoor sitting area was fabulous. We were also greeted with bubbly water and snacks. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Access to the hot tub right outside the back gate which is so convenient. Would recommend this stay!"

"The condo was nice. The bed was too soft and our check in was problematic. We were not given the gate code before arrival so we couldn’t get into the property. I reached out to the host, but he didn’t respond until the following day. We had to wait for another car to arrive at the gate and they let us know their gate code."

"We began our trip with two nights at this lovely apartment. Check-in was very easy, accommodations were very clean and as describe. The Wi-Fi password on the placard by the TV is incorrect, but the correct one is in the instructions given at check-in. Someone above us was quite loud in the middle of the night, but clearly the property owners can’t control this. Would definitely stay again!"

"The property was very clean and all furnishing La were in good condition. The bedding was nice quality and the beds very comfortable. The layout of the unit is very nice and fit our needs well. The proximity to the freeway was nice (2 miles away), the proximity to Old Town Scottsdale was a 5 minute drive and the airport about a 15 minute drive. I would stay here again. "

"In part we chose this unit as it said the pool was heated. it wasn't.also, a very small thing, but the unwrapped bar of soap in the shower was a bit off putting. It was a bit odd for there to be beer and cheese in our refrigerator."
