"The hotel is lovely & check-in was very smooth. We did not realise, however, the hotel was closing on the Sunday & although we can appreciate staff looking forward to their holidays, service was quite lax (not unpleasant, just staff were mainly absent, something unexpected from a 5 Star hotel, where in every other area, they excelled) - this was both in the bar, in the restaurant; breakfast service, however, was excellent I do believe if we had known the hotel was closing, we would have changed...

"Rather disappointing that there was no way to grab a bite and a drink in the hotel. We tried to go to the Irish Pub, which we thought was part of the hotel. But after having to go outside of the hotel (in the rain) and up an outside (uncovered) stairway (no elevator or even a ramp) we discovered they were already closed (maybe between 7 and 8:00)! However, if our room was any closer to the water, we would have gotten wet🤗. And the staff was delightful, especially Mercedes😘"

"This is by far the most perfect of all accommodations. We did receive an upgrade to an appartment which was amazing and surpassed all our needs. Reception was friendly, helpful and made our check in easy. The housekeeper was thorough and accommodating. There is absolutely nothing we can suggest to make any improvement. "Fantastic welcome from the owner Property is stunning facilities were excellent As soon as I booked as much contact as I needed from the lovely owner Lee We had many different ages and families and all were catered for I couldn’t fault the holiday in anyway and I’m booking 3 weeks for next summer The location is also perfect for supermarkets beach and restaurants We walked to Banus a few times however there was everything on our doorstep "

"We had a lovely stay , apartment is very comfortable and clean , aircon works really well , security is great . Pool and grounds are lovely spotlessly clean , loads of sun-beds and shades around pool . Bar not to expensive and staff friendly. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants( 10-15mins walk ) nice beach 20 mins walk away . Our host was very helpful and gave lots of information. Thanks so much for a lovely stay x"
