"A lovely hotel, very good amenities and friendly staff."

"The hotel is lovely & check-in was very smooth. We did not realise, however, the hotel was closing on the Sunday & although we can appreciate staff looking forward to their holidays, service was quite lax (not unpleasant, just staff were mainly absent, something unexpected from a 5 Star hotel, where in every other area, they excelled) - this was both in the bar, in the restaurant; breakfast service, however, was excellent I do believe if we had known the hotel was closing, we would have changed...

"This is by far the most perfect of all accommodations. We did receive an upgrade to an appartment which was amazing and surpassed all our needs. Reception was friendly, helpful and made our check in easy. The housekeeper was thorough and accommodating. There is absolutely nothing we can suggest to make any improvement. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Marbella "

"Rather disappointing that there was no way to grab a bite and a drink in the hotel. We tried to go to the Irish Pub, which we thought was part of the hotel. But after having to go outside of the hotel (in the rain) and up an outside (uncovered) stairway (no elevator or even a ramp) we discovered they were already closed (maybe between 7 and 8:00)! However, if our room was any closer to the water, we would have gotten wet🤗. And the staff was delightful, especially Mercedes😘"
