We did not realise, however, the hotel was closing on the Sunday & although we can appreciate staff looking forward to their holidays, service was quite lax (not unpleasant, just staff were mainly absent, something unexpected from a 5 Star hotel, where in every other area, they excelled) - this was both in the bar, in the restaurant; breakfast service, however, was excellent I do believe if we had known the hotel was closing, we would have changed...

"The property was very unique, authentic, colorful, and charming. Like a walk back in time. Many original details contribute to the charm (not modernized, but for us that was a big part of the allure). The staff was accommodating and helpful, and the location very convenient to restaurants and the main tourist attractions. I plan to stay here when I come back to Sevilla and have already recommended this hotel to family. "

"Slightly tricky location to navigate with the car but compensated by the location, right in the heart of the old city, 5 mins to the Cathedral. The valet parking on arrival and check-out was a nice touch. All the staff were super nice, friendly and helpful, without exception. Lovely room with a super king bed, spacious. modern and comfortable. Great shower, nice toiletries, big fluffy towels! Breakfast offering is EXCELLENT, everything you can think of and great quality. "Fantastic location with a parking garage behind the hotel. This historic location was 5 residences at one time and has an interesting layout with courtyards and many staircases and floors. It was my favorite stay in our 2 weeks. Wonderful staff. Perfect stay. "
