"The staff were great, our room (135) was huge and the facilities were good. We only used the dining facilities for breakfast and that was good. There were too many young children around the complex for our liking. We have no complaints but its not somewhere we would rush back to. "

"Very welcoming, clean and smelt so nice. Staff cant do enough for you. I enjoyed my birthday there and i had a surprise bottle of Champagne and a slice of cake in my room waiting for me. I loved the easy access board walk along the beach into Port of Banus. I also enjoyed a massage on the beach just outside the hotel. "We got one bedroom apartment. The smell of toilets and sewage was very annoying. I asked them to change the apartment but they did not accept for four days."
