"I read previous reviews of this property and believe that they are, at least inaccurate but many were completely misleading. Our stay was comfortable, staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout. The Buffet Breakfast was of a good standard and the young lady serving it was also polite and helpful. Whoever put the review regarding Asylum Seekers is obviously unaware of Sheffield’s multi-cultural community. On further trips to Sheffield, my family and I will definitely avail ourselves of this hotel again. Thank you to the new management and all staff (especially Ajeesh)."

"Hotel was very easy to find. Ncp carpark right next door was simple to use aswell. The staff on reception were very helpful. The room was above expectations and including everything we needed . The location was perfect for our planned trip and close to lots of pubs / restaurants etc "
