"Shout out to the hotel staff who worked tirelessly during the holidays even on Christmas Eve/Day. "I would like to say that the staff over all was exceptional. The valet and security when you first arrive in the hotel was so helpful and caring with our luggages making us get in the hotel quick and fast. The front desk was informative and check in was easy and quick. The housekeeping was very hospitable. Every time we see one in the hallways we were greeted and they would always asked to let them know if we need anything from cleaning to things we need from the room. The buffet staff was WOW....
