My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Makati over the Christmas Holidays. Although, we had issues reserving a spot for the Noche Buena (it seemed they lost our reservation the first time I called), it was all sorted out last minute and we were able to have a wonderful dinner. The staff was very accomodating, our hotel room was great, and we enjoyed the live music being played in the lobby. Overall good experience, would stay here again next time we visit the Philippines.
