The best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff is incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. I felt so cared for even though I was only here for a few days. The infinity pool is beautiful (I just wish I had better weather!) and the room service dining is excellent. The rooftop bar also has a lovely view. I’ll definitely be staying here for my next visit to Manila. Salamat po ❤️

Very nice hotel with a professional staff. Located next to the pedestrian underpass so walking to the mall was easy and could be done without an umbrella on a rainy day. The gym is nicely equipped.

Its an amazing stay. Property was clean, spacious and well serviced. I wouldn't though stay there if i am goijg for a family holidays with kids. We didnt feel comfortable and always watched out for every move the kids did. It is good if you are going on a business trip but not on a holiday, specially with kids. They will always be told off
